RFID inventory tracking system
for warehouses in India
RFID readers and tags that let you scan over 1,000 items per minute without line-of-sight. Complete cycle counts in hours instead of days. Reconcile stock against your ERP, Tally, or WMS automatically. Works for warehouses, retail, and jewellery businesses.

What you are dealing with today.
Barcode stocktakes take days and still have errors
Scanning each item individually with a barcode reader is slow. A warehouse with 15,000 SKUs takes 2-3 full days to count. Sealed cartons must be opened. Errors compound with every manual scan.
Shrinkage goes undetected for months
Quarterly cycle counts mean missing items are discovered months after they disappeared. By then, root cause analysis is impossible. The gap between actual stock and system stock grows silently.
Manual reconciliation is a spreadsheet nightmare
Staff export barcode scan data, paste into spreadsheets, and compare against ERP records line by line. Discrepancies are investigated manually. The process is slow, error-prone, and takes staff away from operations.
From setup to results.
Tag your inventory with UHF RFID labels
Attach passive UHF RFID tags to items during receiving, manufacturing, or repackaging. Standard tags cost under ₹5 each. Specialised tags are available for jewellery, garments, electronics, and industrial goods.
Inventory Dashboard
24 Sep 2026Walk through aisles and scan in bulk
Hold the handheld RFID reader and walk through aisles, past shelves, or over display trays. The reader captures every tagged item within a 5-10 metre range. No line-of-sight needed. Sealed cartons stay sealed.
Scan Session
ScanningData syncs to your inventory system
Scanned items are matched against your ERP, Tally, Zoho Inventory, or WMS via the companion app. Discrepancies are highlighted instantly: missing items, surplus items, and items in the wrong location.

RFID Inventory Reader in 60 seconds.
What it looks like in practice.
3PL warehouse operator, Bhiwandi
A third-party logistics warehouse in Bhiwandi handling 15,000 SKUs for multiple e-commerce and retail clients was conducting quarterly cycle counts using barcode scanners. Each count took 3 full days with a team of 8 staff, during which warehouse operations slowed significantly. Inventory accuracy hovered around 94%, leading to frequent disputes with clients over missing stock.
After deploying RFID readers and tagging all inventory, cycle counts that previously took 3 days now complete in 4 hours with 2 staff members. Inventory accuracy improved from 94% to 99.2%. Client disputes over missing stock dropped by over 80%.
"Our clients used to question our stock counts every month. Now we run weekly RFID counts and share real-time dashboards with them. Disputes have almost disappeared. The time savings alone paid for the system in the first quarter."Manoj D., Warehouse Operations Manager, 3PL Logistics

How much does the RFID inventory system cost?+
The reader and zone setup starts at ₹2,40,000 per zone. UHF passive tags cost ₹3-8 per tag depending on type and volume. The monthly software subscription is ₹10,000. GST is additional.
How long does setup take?+
The reader is operational out of the box. ERP or WMS integration typically takes 3-5 days. Tagging existing inventory takes time proportional to your stock size, usually 1-2 weeks for a mid-size warehouse.
Does it work with Tally?+
Yes. The companion app integrates with Tally ERP 9 and TallyPrime. Scanned inventory data syncs with your Tally stock records and highlights discrepancies automatically.
How much do RFID tags cost?+
Standard UHF passive labels cost ₹3-5 per tag in volumes of 5,000 or more. Jewellery tags, industrial tags, and tamper-evident tags cost ₹8-15 per tag. We supply tags in all form factors.
Can RFID read through sealed boxes?+
Yes. UHF RFID reads through cardboard, plastic, and fabric without opening containers. Metal and liquid contents can reduce range, but specialised tag placement techniques address most scenarios.
How accurate is RFID counting?+
In standard warehouse and retail environments, RFID inventory accuracy exceeds 99%. Our deployments typically achieve 99.2% or higher. Accuracy depends on tag placement, reader technique, and environment.
Is RFID better than barcode for my business?+
If your stocktakes take more than a day or you have high-value inventory needing frequent counts, RFID pays for itself within months. Read our detailed comparison: RFID vs barcode for inventory.
Can it track items moving between warehouses?+
Yes. With fixed portal readers at dock doors, the system automatically logs items entering and leaving each location. Movement between warehouses is tracked in real time on the dashboard.
