Edge AI computing device
for Indian factories
A compact, industrial-grade GPU box that runs AI models at the edge. Deploy quality inspection, defect detection, object counting, and custom vision models directly on the production line without depending on cloud connectivity or tolerating cloud latency.

What you are dealing with today.
Cloud inference is too slow for production lines
Sending images to the cloud for AI processing adds 1-3 seconds of latency per frame. On a production line running at 60 parts per minute, that delay means defective parts pass through unchecked.
Factory internet is unreliable
Many Indian factories are in industrial areas with inconsistent broadband. Cloud-dependent AI stops working during outages. Production cannot wait for the internet to come back.
Full GPU servers are overkill and expensive
Enterprise GPU servers cost upwards of 10 lakhs and need server room cooling. For a single production line or inspection station, you need AI power without data centre infrastructure.
From setup to results.
Install the Edge AI Box at the inspection point
Mount the compact box near the production line or inspection station. It runs on standard 220V power and connects to industrial cameras via ethernet or USB. No server room required.

Load pre-trained or custom AI models
Choose from pre-built models for common inspection tasks or load your own custom-trained models. The box supports ONNX, TensorRT, and PyTorch formats. Model deployment takes minutes via the web interface.

AI processes every frame in real time
The onboard GPU processes camera frames in under 300 milliseconds. Defects, anomalies, and quality issues are flagged instantly. Pass/fail signals can trigger reject mechanisms on the line.
Real-Time Inspection
ProcessingResults feed into your MES or quality system
Inspection results, defect images, and quality metrics are sent to your MES, SCADA, or quality management system via API or MQTT. Historical data is stored locally for trend analysis.

What you get.
Sub-300ms inference on-device
The integrated GPU delivers inference speeds under 300 milliseconds per frame. Fast enough for real-time quality inspection on lines running up to 120 parts per minute.
Latency Monitor
Industrial-grade hardware
Fanless aluminium enclosure rated for 0-50 degrees Celsius ambient temperature. Vibration and dust resistant. Designed for factory floors, not air-conditioned server rooms.
Environmental
Multi-model support
Run multiple AI models simultaneously. Combine defect detection with barcode reading, object counting, and OCR on the same device. Swap models without restarting.
Active Models

|---|---|---|
| Defect Detection | 35% | 30 FPS |
| Object Counter | 25% | 30 FPS |
| OCR Reader | 20% | 15 FPS |
Fully offline capable
All processing happens on the device. No internet connection required for inference. Models and data stay within your factory network.
Network Status
All inference runs locally. Optional sync when connected.
Built-in analytics dashboard
Track defect rates, inspection volumes, and model accuracy over time. The local web dashboard provides shift-wise and line-wise reporting without any cloud dependency.
Defect Trends
Custom model deployment
Train models on your own defect data using standard frameworks. Export to ONNX or TensorRT and deploy to the box via USB or local network. We also offer custom model training as a service.

Edge AI Box in 60 seconds.
What it looks like in practice.
Auto parts manufacturer, near Pune
A medium-scale manufacturer producing brake pads and clutch plates needed real-time visual quality inspection on two production lines. Cloud-based inspection introduced 2-second delays per part, causing bottlenecks. The factory also had intermittent internet connectivity that made cloud solutions unreliable.
After deploying Edge AI Boxes on both lines, inspection latency dropped to 0.3 seconds per part. Defective parts shipped to customers fell by 35% in the first quarter. The system runs fully offline with zero dependency on internet connectivity.
"We tried cloud-based inspection first but the latency was killing our throughput. The Edge AI Box sits right next to the line, catches defects in real time, and has not gone down once in six months. Our rejection rate at the customer end has dropped significantly."Suresh P., Plant Manager, Auto Parts Manufacturer

How much does the Edge AI Box cost in India?+
The Edge AI Box starts at ₹3,50,000 per unit. The optional managed service for ongoing model updates and monitoring is ₹20,000 per month. GST is additional.
How long does installation take?+
Typical installation takes 1-2 days including camera setup, model loading, and integration with your quality system. For custom-trained models, add 2-4 weeks for data collection and training.
Can it run our custom AI models?+
Yes. The box supports models in ONNX, TensorRT, and PyTorch formats. If you have a trained model, it can be deployed directly. We also train custom models from your defect data as a service.
Does it need internet to work?+
No. All inference runs locally on the device. Internet is only needed for remote monitoring via the optional managed service. The box works fully offline.
What cameras does it support?+
Any industrial camera with GigE Vision or USB3 Vision interface, including Basler, Hikvision, FLIR, and IDS. Standard IP cameras via RTSP are also supported for non-critical inspection tasks.
How many cameras can one box handle?+
Each Edge AI Box handles up to 4 concurrent camera streams for real-time inference. For more streams, add additional units or consider the On-Prem AI Server.
What is the defect detection accuracy?+
Accuracy depends on the specific use case and training data. Typical production deployments achieve 92-98% detection rates with under 2% false positive rates after model fine-tuning.
How does it compare to cloud-based inspection?+
The Edge AI Box processes locally with under 300ms latency versus 1-3 seconds for cloud. It works without internet, keeps your production data on-premises, and has no per-image cloud processing fees.
